Soak & Stillness

I don’t just take baths; I sink into little ceremonies. Every bubble, every glow, every breath is a reminder that I’m allowed to rest.

This is what peace looks like when it’s poured into a tub and lit by candlelight. No rush, just rhythm, soft water, warm light, and my own quiet company.

This space, this light, this body are all worthy of softness. I soaked not to escape, but to return to myself.

In the quiet hum of candlelight, I melt away the noise. Sometimes self-care looks like doing nothing — and meaning it.

Beneath the surface, there’s stillness. And in that stillness, I find my glow.

This light, this pause, this still water, they don’t ask anything of me but presence. And I give it, freely.
